NextFit's Health & Fitness Summit

WOW! Just 2 days away from the big celebration...  I am so excited for this event, that at times it's hard to contain myself. It has been a great new journey for me, this past 6 months. I was on a road to destruction, and I thank God that I was able to get off that path. My mind, my heart and my soul is very grateful at this moment in my life. This event is bringing together people from all over the country, including 7 World Professional Trainer's. We are going to experience the highest of coaching, training, and sharing unbelievable personal experiences using the NextFit Keychain Trainer. I have used it since July of this year, and I have lost 17 pds, and 6 inches.

I will post some of the video's i have recorded while we where out on the field, while participating in a FREE 12 week bootcamp with Kathy Smith, which was spon by Nextfit. This opportunity ha changed my life so much. And now I get to see old friends that are flying in to learn about NextFit with me, and I will be meeting people who have encouraged me to keep going... And not to mention all the trainers. So the excitement is mounting daily for me. They are going to be spotlighting me, in this event. WOW, and OMG, how much pressure can one person take!! LOL.. I will post as soon as I get back... I have a lot of packing to do!
